Adoption Care Packages

One of the many reasons we decided to adopt from South Korea was the high quality of care that each child receives. In addition to routine medical checkups and hands on care, the children live with loving foster families while waiting for their forever homes. We will never be able to adequately express our gratitude to our son’s foster family for loving him so well. There are truly no words for this selfless act of service. We are so thankful!

Now that we are matched with our son, we can send him/his foster family a care package as often as we’d like! We have been sending one care package each month since August – when we accepted his referral – (plus a bonus package of love from my parents!) and it’s been so fun to carefully choose which items to include each month.

Each package has to fit in a gallon bag, be no more than $100, and items requested include: family photos, clothes, toothbrushes/toothpaste, stacking cups/blocks, spoons, cups, and plates. We feel so fortunate to be able to send him a special box each month, but honestly, can’t wait until he’s HOME and we can choose fun things together as a family!
